In 2007 Craig graduated from Forth Valley College with a HND in Sport and Exercise Science, following this he completed an Honours Degree in Nutrition at Queen Margaret University and in 2011 began a 2 year post graduate diploma in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee which he completed at the end of 2012 and graduated in 2013. While completing his studies Craig engaged in a wide range of work experience and voluntary activities to widen his skills and knowledge in practical settings. . In November 2012 he set up Craig Watson Sports Nutrition, working as a freelance sports nutritionist allowing him to tailor all services to best meet your needs, whether at home or your regular training venue. All services provided are personalised to meet your needs and those of your sport. Based in Falkirk in Central Scotland, Craig is able to work in Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh and all other surrounding areas.
