Since it is pancake day today, I thought I would put up a quick video for an alternative to the normal pancake.
Using oats instead of normal plain flour means you will get more fibre, which will make keep you feeling fuller for longer. It is also useful for any one who suffers from Coeliac Disease as oats are free from gluten. When choosing oats for this reason, just make sure they have not been processed in the same place as wheat products as this is sometimes the case, and can result in them being contaminated.
