This ice cream tastes just like shop bought banana ice cream without all the sugar and chemicals that goes with it. As you can see, this contains 1 ingredient... Banana (If you want you can add a splash of milk to give it a creamier texture), so it is ideal if you find yourself tucking into a tub of ice cream on a Friday night.
You can chop up and freeze the banana in advance so all you need to do is put it in the food processor. If the banana has been frozen for a while you will probably have to add a little milk as it will be harder so will not have the same creaminess of the banana that has only been frozen for a couple of hours.
