A detailed report of all aspects of your diet including meals, eating times, food quality, serving size etc will give you a better understanding of your diet and how it is affecting your performance.
This can look into up to 60 different nutrients which can help to identify any deficiencies in the following:
- Macronutrient Content - Are you getting enough Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat
- Vitamin and Mineral Content - Are you missing out on some vitamins due to your diet?
- Calorie Content - Are you eating enough or too much to suit your energy requirements?
Detailed Diet Plan
Using the results of Diet Analysis and Hydration Analysis and taking your training schedule into account I will create a detailed plan containing Macronutrient (Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat) requirements to allow you to perform at your best.
This will be updated regularly in relation to your training schedule.
Using urine analysis and working out sweat rates will give you a better understanding of how much you sweat, and if you are hydrated enough. You may not be drinking enough throughout the day and during training which can have negative results on your performance.
If you are struggling with achieving your targets or are unsure about what foods you should be eating, i can provide you with meal plans tailored to your personal needs to get you back on track.
Throughout this process i will also give you advice and guidance on making your own meal plans to help you for the future.

Provided as part of this package you will also receive a guide to help make changes to many aspects of your life taking your current lifestyle into account. Making simple lifestyle changes can also have a huge impact on sporting performance.

It is so important to prepare for and recover after exercise! failure to do so will impair your performance and ability to train at the same level the following days.
