Healthy Banana Ice Cream
Due to the creamy texture of a banana when it goes brown, it makes it a very good ingredient for ice cream. With summer getting closer. this recipe will allow you to enjoy a bowl of banana ice cream without the guilt
- 1 large ripe banana, chopped and frozen
- 2 tsp natural yoghurt
Step 1: In a food processor, add the banana and yoghurt and blend.
Step 2: Scrape the sides occasionally and continue to blend until smooth
Step 3: Scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
Tip: Keep some chopped banana in the freezer so you have it on hand for when you want a bit of healthy ice cream.
